About Me
Leonard(Leo) Fillmore is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with LionHeart Legacy Capital, a real estate investment firm headquartered in San Marcos, Texas. Having grown up in and Austin, TX. He has watch Austin grow into the tech and real estate giant city it is today. He is the oldest of 9 kids who parents were school teachers.
Leo Air Force military disabled veteran and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with over 20 years experience in the field.
He spent over 2 decades in engineering and management. Along with a decade in the single family real estate space before making the transition full time to multi-family real estate.
He’s made some of the strongest partnerships with other fast-moving, calculated, and successful real estate investment entrepreneurs.
As the head of Investor Relations Leo provides investors strategic opportunities to diversify their portfolios with multifamily properties. He provides insights on market activity, cost segregation, bonus depreciation, property performance, and manages quarterly earnings as well as annual K1 reports.
